My set came with cute little felt flowers to place in between when stacking the pans so not to scratch the one below. I did end up with a broken handle and customer service was fantastic. I love these pots and pans! They are so easy to use and clean. They never have to “soak” before washing. They wipe out easily, nothing left behind. We love our new CAROTE non-stick pots and pans (21 pieces). They are beautiful and easy to cook with. They make cleanup a breeze. They never stick, the pan handles never get hot, the knobs on the lids don't get hot. We love cooking with them! One of the lids had a sharp spot inside the rim so I emailed customer care at CAROTE. They were so helpful. Replied quickly to my emails and they replaced the lid for me, which I appreciate so much. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I recommend this set of CAROTE pots and pans. They are good quality and the customer service is great!
