It definitely has a chocolatey/salty taste, so I gotta be careful to not put too much in or else it's too overwhelming. But finding the right balance, it tastes good! Great way to get a kick of sodium to help my low BP.

One a day has been fine for me. I have tried the LMNT drinks and though they gave me the electrolytes I need they were just too salty for my taste. This has been a much better alternative for me. If you have tried the drinks and cannot stomach them give the chocolate powder a try.
