My biggest and most bothersome problem are my knees. For years, (and at night esp) I lose sleep because of the dull pain on both my knees. I received this product at night. I was already in pain. So I was anxious to use it. So I made chamomile tea and added a scoop of the product. First thing I noticed was that it dissolved pretty quickly in my hot tea. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised that it did not alter the tatse of my tea. The product really is tasteless. I was happy and immediately thought of many other foods and drinks I could mix it in. Great! I have a lot of options on how to use it everyday!OK, so i was in pain when i first took it and although I was anxious for the results, I knew it would take some time for the product to work in my system. Maybe after a few days or maybe a couple weeks the product will start to work for me, I thought to myself. Anyway, I took the product with no expectations at all. Lo and behold! I woke up the following morning and I'm thinking, "Wait, what? I slept through the night? No pain?! No!!? Can't be!" I had pain every single night for years, but that night I had no pain.
