Vito (Jorge Rivero) is the area mobster. Jimmy (Michael Bailey Smith) attempts to fence some stolen diamonds to Vito but is double crossed as the diamonds were stolen from Vito's territory. Meanwhile, while working for the insurance company Ellen (Traci Lords) and her husband Charley (Phillip Troy Linger) are robbing Vito of diamonds. Charley to the dismay of his wife wants to keep the diamonds. Meanwhile the cops are all over the place.Traci Lords heads up a group of unconvincing performances of stock characters with stock names. Bad writing and acting.Guide: Sex. No nudity. Traci in bra/panties.
