Review: The Best We’ve Owned - Their mirror finish is so good on this pair that you could just use them as mirrors. Coincidently, our new oven recommends baking pans with that shiny mirror finish. We do use a thin later of foil when baking but what little has seeped through if the foil is torn is very easy to clean. A solid, quality feel but yes, there is some warping at 400 degrees after a while. Yet they go flat again when they cool. This pair is perfectly sized to bake a pack of 16 slices of thick cut bacon in our oven, side by side. Your mileage may vary so measure carefully. Highly recommended.
