It's working very well. I'm using the HACS ha-ef-ble Bluetooth integration in HA to monitor the UPS. It shows a lot of detail and all basic functions of the UPS can be run from HA. A 12 volt power cable wasn't included in the box. I contacted the seller, they replied right away and said they'd send me one. It arrived today. So far, it's working great.
