There is a good amount of fiber and very little sugar. The flavor is incredibly bland and the texture isn’t great. I would have expected more peanut butter flavor from a peanut butter flavored product. It’s really largely flavorless. The texture is kind of crispy, but mostly just crumbly and chalky. I eat it for the protein, but I don’t enjoy it.
