I probably would not purchase this again. When cold, it doesn't really shape to your face. And it doesn't stay cold very long, maybe 10 minutes if that. Not much of a nap, and not comfortable for napping. Sorry! **Q: Can i use it over a hot, wet cloth?** A: I wouldn't do that if I were you.
