The 1.47-inch display is bright, clear, and easy to read, while the 60Hz refresh rate makes navigating the menus feel smooth and responsive.The setup process was straightforward, and it connected to my phone without any issues. Notifications come through reliably, and the health tracking features, including sleep monitoring and activity tracking, provide useful insights throughout the day.Battery life has been excellent. After several days of use, the battery percentage had barely moved, so I can easily believe the advertised long battery life with normal use.There are plenty of sports modes available, and the band is comfortable enough to wear all day and overnight for sleep tracking. The pink colour looks great and gives it a more stylish appearance than many fitness trackers in the same price range.Overall, it's a feature-packed fitness tracker that offers excellent value for money. It has made me workout a lot smarter, because you can see exactly how many calories you are burning, steps taken, how active you really are. My favourite feature is the sleep tracker. It gives detailed analysis of your sleep quality. Battery life is excellent, I wear it constantly and only need to charge it once a week. If you are serious about your health and fitness this is a great tool which will give you so much data to make good decisions. My only gripe is the pedometer is not the most accurate as it tends to drop off sometimes, so if you want a completely accurate step count, a traditional pedometer would be better. I wore it today well at the hospital and check my heart rate and oxygen via the watch + hospital machine and it was accurate the 3 times I done it.The photo doesn't do it justice but I've just had surgery and can't be bothered 😂.I've bought some extra straps and screen protectors and it's lovely.
