This is my 2nd 3dv cache cpu, the first was the 7600x3d, and they are amazing for gaming. Some games you get insane gains, even at higher than 1080p resolution. 1080p will see the most gains. Before buying the 7600x3d I had only ever bought intel. I decided to try the 3dv cache cpus to see what all the fuss was about and got a bundle from Micro Center. I am rocking the sane mobo I got with that bundle and the upgrade was drop in, reinstall the chipset drivers and I was good to go. If you've done any amount of research you will see the x3d chips have almost cornered the gaming market. Unless intel releases something drastically better, I see myself sticking with these 3dv cache cpus for a long time to come. What are you still reading for?
