For men, it's easy for normal urination. For women, it's going to be a challenge. Any use of these suits does require some planning and long-term wear more than a few hours it's going to be a bit inconvenient. As noted in some of the feedback, its a quality fabric and less revealing than many others. One wouldn't zip up again after a day and the second broke while being worn where it was impossible to unzip again! This left my asd teen stuck in it! The suit itself is pretty good, my son liked it a lot, but let down by cheap zips.
