Dress is very stretchy and did not sit too tightly even on my baby bump, in fact most could probably easily size down especially if you really want a form fitting style and/or are not pregnant lol. I'll probably be able to wear this after pregnancy too but if I could for sure size down for a tighter fit if I wanted to
