These were perfect wedged between the step and my ladders. Perfect 🤩 x ### ⭐ Dangerous. *by M***P on 3 January 2026* This device doesn’t fit onto standard staircase in a house, with carpets fitted. I don’t know if it would work if there wasn’t a carpet fitted…but judging by how much contact the upper deck made with the stair…I seriously doubt it. I attempted it thinking that the grips on the device would hold…it didn’t. The device slipped, taking the ladder down, and me with it…from the 10th stair. Thanks to this device I now have a broken left wrist. I believe that this could be useful on slightly uneven ground, but on a standard sized stairs with standard sized risers, this hunk of heavy plastic is beyond useless, and is extremely dangerous. Do not buy it. If you believe that 45ish quid for a sturdy platform (until it isn’t), and the end result of broken bones is value for money, then go for it.
