The adhesive border ensures the dressing stays in place while remaining gentle on the skin during removal. ## Features - 365 Transparent Island Dressing is a sterile, self adhesive, showerproof transparent film wound dressing made from a latex free, semi-permeable polyurethane film membrane which is coated with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive, with an absorbent, non-adherent wound pad. It is impermeable to liquids, bacteria, and viruses to reduce the risk of wound infection. - Suitable for use with chronic and acute wounds with light to moderate levels of exudate.
