They are delicious as is but also highly customizable. Review: Delicious with a good amount of protein - I love these drinks, I just put them in the refrigerator because they are definitely better when they're cold, shake them up and drink them. You can definitely drink them in one setting but I normally drink them throughout the day just to curb hunger until dinner time. They have a great amount of protein in them, more than most of the other protein drinks. Shake it up and the consistency is thin and I never find any clumping. They are a wonderful flavor of vanilla but not overwhelming. The boost brand is too strong of flavor I do not like them at all this is a little more subtle but an obvious flavor. These also work really good too put a splash in your coffee. They do not upset my tummy at all even when I first started drinking them when I wasn't used to them, I had no problem at all. Big bonus is they are so much cheaper to just buy them through desertcart, the store is about $5 more expensive. And I get multiple flavors so it ends up saving me a good amount of money every month

I love these drinks, I just put them in the refrigerator because they are definitely better when they're cold, shake them up and drink them.
