**Q: What should we do if there is not enough candle space and the wax melting lamp can't shine?**
A: When there is not much candle space, it can be padded up so that the wax melting lamp can work.

**Q: Why is the fragrance not as strong as before after several uses?**
A: After 5-6 times of use, the essential oil on the candle surface volatilizes, no fragrance volatilizes after reheating. It is recommended to pour a layer of melted wax oil on the surface so the fragrance will become stronger if you continue to use it.

I’ve only had this since July of 2024 and it has stopped working. It turns on the goes off. It’s not the bulb, I replaced it. Seems to be a problem with the cord.
