Their customers service is excellent. I bought this unit as an upgrade to my aging wireless battery & no app thermometer. I am extremely satisfied with this product , once you pair the app is when you get the most out of the thermometer. It charges using usb c, and a single charge has lasted me over 10 hrs of cooking no problem. I also bought the IQ probe at Costco in sale for $ 80 USD with tho thermocouples thinking would be better. BUT no. This thermomaven one beats them hands down. You can use the ThermoMaven with no app just using the device and screen compared to others. The app is great, with live notifications and screen temperature reading without even unlocking your device. Another great point on the app is, you just take the probe out of the thermomaven device and the app automatically starts reading temps. I wish they would sell the proves separately but they stop doing it. Rating 5/5 Range 5/5 Ease of use 5/5 App 5/5 *the best.
