Review: Easy to take and lasts forever lol - I actually really like these! The softgels are small, which is a HUGE plus for me because I do not like taking giant vitamins that feel like they get stuck in your throat. These are super easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any weird taste or aftertaste either. I also love that there are 150 in the bottle because that means I’m not constantly having to buy another bottle. Since you only take one a day, this lasts a long time, which makes it worth the price to me. I’ve been trying to be more consistent with taking my vitamins, and these are easy enough to just add into my daily routine without thinking too much about it. I also like that Nature Made is a brand I already recognize and trust more than some random supplement company I’ve never heard of lol. Obviously with vitamins, I’m not expecting to take one and suddenly feel like a brand new woman 😂 but overall I’ve had a good experience with these. Easy to take, good amount for the price, and no complaints from me. I would definitely buy them again. Review: B12 - This Vitamin B12 It helps support energy production and overall wellness, and I’ve really enjoyed using it. The quality is outstanding, it’s easy to take, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it to others. ## Features - Energy metabolism support supplement(1): contains one 150 count bottle of Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Softgels for a 150 day supply - These Nature Made B12 1000mcg softgels help break down food into energy that your body can use all day long - Vitamin B 12 helps support brain cell function and mood health (2) - Vitamin B12 is important for proper red blood cell formation and helps reduce fatigue for those low in B12 vitamins - Adults take one B 12 vitamin softgel daily with water and a meal - This gluten-free Vitamin B12 supplement has no color added; B12 is red in color & no artificial flavors - United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Verified, Number 1 Pharmacist Recommended Vitamin and Supplement Brand* - These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration; this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00DS5BGDY | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Allergen Information | Gluten Free, Soy | | Best Sellers Rank | #369 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #1 in Vitamin B12 Supplements #52 in Sales & Deals | | Brand | Nature Made | | Brand Name | Nature Made | | Color | 150 Count | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 45,464 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Dosage Form | Softgel | | Flavor | Unflavored | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00031604029166 | | Item Dimensions | 2 x 2 x 4.25 inches | | Item Form | Softgel | | Item Highlight | B12 Vitamins 1000 mcg, Energy Metabolism Support Supplement for Women and Men, Gluten Free, 150 Day Supply | | Item Weight | 1.73 ounces | | Manufacturer | Pharmavite | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2916 | | Model Name | Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support Softgels | | Model Number | 2916 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Primary Supplement Type | Vitamin B12 | | Product Benefits | Metabolism Improvement | | Special Ingredients | Vitamin B12 | | Specific Uses For Product | Energy Metabolism Support, Energy Metabolism Support† | | UPC | 031604029166 | | Unit Count | 150 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Nature Made - **Diet Type:** Gluten Free - **Flavor:** Unflavored - **Item Form:** Softgel - **Primary Supplement Type:** Vitamin B12 ## Images ![Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, Energy Metabolism Support, 150 Softgels - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dORcZxKSL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to take and lasts forever lol *by D***S on August 19, 2026* I actually really like these! The quality is outstanding, it’s easy to take, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it to others. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seem to work. *by P***T on August 30, 2026* Recommended by Dr. to address low B12. Seems to have raised it back. Good price and a well known brand. They are tiny and bottle seems oversized (standard for brand) so getting one out takes getting used to and being careful. ## Frequently Bought Together - Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 150 Softgels, 150 Day Supply - Nature Made Vitamin D3 1000 IU (25 mcg), Dietary Supplement for Bone, Teeth, Muscle and Immune Health Support, 300 Softgels, 300 Day Supply - Nature Made Extra Strength Vitamin C 1000 mg, Dietary Supplement for Immune Support, 100 Tablets, 100 Day Supply --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/6696188-nature-made-vitamin-b12-1000-mcg-energy-metabolism-support-150](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/6696188-nature-made-vitamin-b12-1000-mcg-energy-metabolism-support-150) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
