Review: Fast - Ratings of 3 for Warmth and Tech Support are not reflective of anything. I am not sure what was meant by warmth. Tech Support has not been needed since everything has worked well since installing it 5 weeks ago. The setup was easy. It runs bluestacks and its games easily. It is the best computer that I have owned. My wife loves it. It boots in less than 30 seconds and everything is whisper quiet. The lights inside are adjustable and cool looking but not all that important to me. I had to get an HDMI to VGA adaptor. The older HP monitor blacked out for a few seconds every few minutes. I see that is a common problem for older monitors.

Had to go pick it up at the UPS because twice I missed the person knocking (if they ever did) but once I finally got it and opened it I insoected for any loose parts or anything cracked, Nope! Was in pristine condition, workes amazingly! Played all my favorite steam games and PATH OF EXILE AS WELL!! I do everything in it, so totally worth it 🤩

**Q: Anyone know when they are shipping this out? I ordered mine on the 7th**
A: Same experience; ordered on the 7th, order says "Not yet shipped. We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date." but when I called customer service they say it's currently unavailable, they're waiting for their facility to let them know it's available but don't have any more info on when (or if) that may happen. HP doesn't even have this setup on their website and don't have info on when they'll have the 30L with 3080...

**Q: How much fps**
A: Thanks for your question.  You can check on various websites for specs and estimated FPS for specific games.

**Q: What is the max temperatures the cpu and gpu should be when playing big games?**
A: This comp comes with the all core turbo enabled, which overclocks the 3.6GHz CPU up to almost 4.9GHz. This results in an idle temp of like 50C, which is a bit ridiculous. If you don't see any big drops you can disable that all core turbo with some software (not in bios without flashing the firmware which I do not recommend). This dropped my temps down to 30C idle, and during heavy load like 60C.

**Q: How many USB ports are there on the whole pc?**
A: There are a total of seven Type-A USB ports and one Type-C USB port. At the top, front of the case are two USB Type-A Generation 1  5 Gb per second signal rate ports. At the rear of the case there is one USB Type-A Generation 2 port with a signal rate of 10 Gb per second, four USB Type-A Generation1 ports with a signal rate of 5 Gb per second. The final rear USB port is a Type-C with a signal rate of 10 Gb per second like you find on the charging ports of cell phones.

I am very happy with this computer. I usually build my own but I didn’t have time this time. This unit fit all of my criteria: fairly priced, neatly organized, easy access to internal components, and works as promised. I’m very happy. I will probably buy my next desktop from HP from Amazon.
