Vernon illinois and Kansas City Kansas. These boot covers worked very well, dry boots happy rider. When I purchased these boot covers I got a great deal price wise and a greater deal on very good product. I have minor concerns with the length of the elastic under the heel possibly a little shorter for a more snug fit. Overall the price and performance for these boot covers exceeds any small grip(s) you would have.
