So would recommend it for that reason.I've found including inulin in my diet to be beneficial. Firstly, I don't eat enough in the day to get in the RDA of fiber, so this really helps beef up my intake. I haven't noticed any negative tummy or toilet symptoms and I have IBS!Typically I take 15mg a day, this spread throughout the day as 1 teaspoon in my coffee. It serves as a sweetener too, so it's been nice to be able to replace the artificial sweeteners I was using with inulin. If you are considering doing the same just be aware that inulin is by far a gentler sweetness. So if you're used to the very strong artificial sweetener taste, it might take a bit of getting used to.You can also just dissolve the amount of inulin you want in warm water and take it this way. It sounds weird but actually is a fairly soothing drink! Plus it tastes like candy floss! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 August 2026* Happy and doing the job I expected. ### ⭐⭐ Gases *by on Reviewed in Ireland 9 March 2026* Not that healthy for my guts ## Frequently Bought Together - Puresweet® Premium Inulin Prebiotic Fibre Powder 500g - Chicory Root, 100% Pure Inulin, Highly Soluble, Made in The EU, Fructo Oligosaccharide (FOS), Gluten Free, Vegan. - BioGaia Gastrus Probiotics for Gut Health | Bacterial Cultures with L.
