A: Option 1:Place the earbuds in the charging case.Long press MFB button for 10 seconds until you hear the prompt of "Restore Bluetooth Setting" . Option 2:Using Cleer+App,click[Settings]>[More Settings]>[Factory Reset] to complete the reset.

A: Step 1: Put both earbuds into the charging case. Long press the MFB button for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Step 2: Press the MFB button 8 times. Step 3: Wait about 10 seconds, and both earbuds will automatically pair with each other.
