The size is exactly what I needed, offering plenty of room for stretching, weights, and floor exercises without feeling cramped like on a standard narrow mat. LOVE. I can't believe it took be 20 years to get an oversized yoga mat. I am obsessed. Carry strap makes it easier to carry. Soft, but good grip. Does not hold sweat or odor. Color is calming and cute. Great for yoga, pilates, or weights on the floor.
