It acts as a total reset, and my heart rate drops to a very relaxed 53 beats per min!I did have some problems getting it to connect, but customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced, and I got it connected!I do recommend this to others. It’s cheaper in the long run, and healthier, than other ways people “medicate” their anxiety with a glass of wine, eating to excess, etc.If you purchase it on Amazon, you have nothing to lose if it doesn’t help you; just return during the return window. I think it's a scam based on pseudoscience and the people who think it works are just getting the placebo effect.
