Prior to ordering it I struggled to floss as often as recommended by a dentist but this has made the floss routine quick and easy. It removes food particles missed by brushing alone so efficiently even if you miss a day or two. The only thing that took some adjusting to was the intensity of the vibrations even at the lowest setting but after a few uses it was fine (but have yet to use past the lowest setting). The rubber gum bristles are a huge win as they help protect gums from rubbing against the hard plastic.
