I was so excited and couldn't wait to receive this item. Pictures and description looked and sounded great . What a disappointment. This is cheap doesn't feel soft and definately not leather. Beautiful but tiny. My daughter wanted a new black purse so I got her the Brooklyn 28 but it was too large for her things. She wanted to the Brooklyn 23 (this item) but it is sold out in the Coach shops so she found it here. It arrived the very next morning and is exactly as described... just much smaller than she wanted.
