I will say though, nothing beats using it UNDER your mattress rather than on top of it. Way better experience, easier on the back, and works just as well as using it on its own, except it also can't slide sideways, and you can match it with whatever material of sheets or other pillows you have. No acid reflux symptoms anymore whatsoever after getting this thing.
