It states on the label to ship chilled, Its been less effective shipped without it.** A: it took 7 days to get to me from Amazon (no ice pack). I called Klaire Labs and was told by them that as long as I refrigerate it before opening it, it will be fine. **Q: Does this ship with an ice pack?** A: I got this in May 2017 -- I wrote the company beforehand to ask if they shipped with an ice pack. Here's their reply: "To my knowledge the probiotic is not shipped with ice packs nor is that an option that is available to you the buyer or me the Amazon Seller because all of the packaging and shipping are done by Amazon. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions."
