I absolutely love this cooker. Not only is it beautiful enough to leave on the counter, but it also cooks incredibly well and makes meals so much easier on busy days. The ceramic nonstick interior is a huge plus because food doesn’t stick and cleanup is effortless. I also love having a non-toxic option that feels healthier for my family. Perfect for soups, rice, slow cooking, one-pot meals, and more. It feels high-end, thoughtfully designed, and truly worth the investment.

Impressed with this 4 in 1 - it slow cooks, sautés, pressure cooks safely and has a keep warm feature. I use this if I’m sautéing and slow cooking so I’m not using multiple cookware. Simple to use and looks nice on the counter when in use. Its stores easy under the carbonate.

### ⭐ HORRIBLE customer service, product does not hold up with normal use

I would like to be able to leave a positive review for this product, but unfortunately I can’t. For the first month or so that I used the dream cooker, I adored it. It worked well, it provided multifunctional capabilities and the food came out great every time. Unfortunately, the interior ceramic pot that the cooker uses started to chip and peel away the finish. After about two weeks of noticing this, I decided to pursue a warranty replacement part. To their credit, the customer service representatives were very polite in their communication with me, and promptly said that they would be sending me a replacement pot and that I should be getting it within 7 to 10 days. It’s now been almost over a month since I had this communication, and not only did I not receive the replacement, there have been no updates about the second time that they said that they are sending me this in the mail. The first time there was at least a ups tracking code, but it never got farther beyond shipping label created territory; after waiting several weeks and getting in touch with them again they said they would be resending the item, but they still have not provided me with tracking information after more than a week of reaching out. It is incredibly frustrating and discouraging, as I do genuinely like these products, but given how quickly the first one went bad and how terrible the customer service experience has been, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. At this point, I’m going to be seeing what I can do to pursue a refund, as I’ll probably need to be buying a different slow cooker.
