**Q: Can you use to clean other silicone based products**
A: I have never tried to use it to clean anything other than my mask & hoses. I do not think it would do any harm to clean other silicone based products.

**Q: How is this better than dishwashing liquid to clean, remove oils and smells?  need something to remove musty hotel room air smell from cpap**
A: I can't be sure about removing "musty hotel room" odors but the wipes have been very good in my experience at not adding odors of their own.
