Review: Super Product & A++++ Customer Service - A great seller who stands behind their product and goes above and beyond for the customer. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and didnt realize until it was delivered. They set up the return for me and I ordered the correct size without any additional fees. Pool is a very nice item. There are some issues with the instructions that you basically have to figure things out on your own by trial and error but the pool is great quality and is a great product for the price. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice above ground pool without breaking the bank. Perfect size for the kids to have plenty of fun or the adults to just enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. Many thanks again for all your assistance!!!
Review: Tons wrong w this pool purchase. - Pool hoses didn't fit the pump or skimmer. Hoses are 1 1/4 and pump and skimmer are 1 1/2. ladder would not assemble cause it was not complete. I had a installer drive 10 hours round trip and could not finish the install. Liner is very thin. Wrinkles are next to impossible to remove due to it stretches too easy from it being so thin of material.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do I need to pour concrete?**
A: No. A level grass or sand base does it. No slab, no contractor.

**Q: What if my yard isn't perfectly flat?**
A: Minor slope is normal. Level the base first; the included manual walks you through it, step by step.

**Q: How much upkeep, really?**
A: A few minutes most weeks: skim, test, adjust. That's the whole job.

**Q: Is everything included?**
A: Pool, sand filter pump, liner, A-frame ladder, and skimmer. You add filter sand and startup chemicals.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pool
*by N***A on July 19, 2026*

The pool it self is great. They did include the hose adapter kit to fit the included hoses. I did see reviews saying hoses don’t fit. Liner is pretty thin but is holding up great so far long term is the question. Great beginner pool affordable I found it easy to Install. ladder sucks but most people build decks anyways. I would encourage anyone to buy this great set up.
