## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do I need a glass screen saver too?**
A: We bought a screen saver.. but not the glass one it was too thick.

**Q: I accidentally bought 2 can I return one?**
A: I don’t know contact the seller

**Q: I can't figure out how to open the case to put in the phone. Tips?**
A: It is not easy.  First, pull off the purple outer shell.  On the shell, pull down the tabs that cover the on/off button, mini plug jack, and lightning plug connector, then pull off the purple shell.  On the blue hard case, bend open the tabs with the slots on each side of the case and open the case.  Insert the phone and reattach the purple sleeve.  Hope this helps.
