Review: Heavy, solid knife with outstanding quality - This knife won’t be for everyone, but I absolutely love it. It’s heavy, thick, and feels like excellent quality the moment you pick it up. Everything is solid and firm with no wiggle at all, which I really appreciate. It does require two hands to open and close, but that’s a tradeoff I’m happy with. The knife looks beautiful, holds a very sharp edge, and overall I couldn’t be more thrilled with it.

It is at the upper limit of what I’d consider a pocket knife but it is smooth and surprisingly unnoticeable in a hip pocket. I did remove the belt clip though, as these are of no real use unless you’re doing a boot carry. The knife has a reassuring heft and is comfortable in the hand. It is also razor sharp with a nice hollow grind and secondary bevel. I like the lock mechanism as this really is positive, but also easy to deliberately release. This is the sort of quality I’d expect from American manufacturers but these are made in China. I will be buying more NedFoss knives for sure!

This knife won’t be for everyone, but I absolutely love it. It’s heavy, thick, and feels like excellent quality the moment you pick it up. Everything is solid and firm with no wiggle at all, which I really appreciate. It does require two hands to open and close, but that’s a tradeoff I’m happy with. The knife looks beautiful, holds a very sharp edge, and overall I couldn’t be more thrilled with it.
