Its amazing - I work long, physical hours in construction, and dealing with pounding headache pressure at the end of a tough day on the job site used to completely ruin my evenings. Purchasing the Therabody SmartGoggles (2nd Gen) has been a total game-changer and easily one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. Here is why they are worth it: Fast-Acting Migraine Relief: Whenever I feel a terrible migraine coming on, I throw these on and set them to heat and massage. Within 20 minutes, the throbbing pressure around my eyes and temples drops drastically. Complete Blackout Design: The 2nd Gen design completely blocks out all light. When light sensitivity hits during a bad headache, being able to sit in total darkness while the heat and compression go to work makes a massive difference. Therapeutic Heat & Vibration: The heat targets key tension points around the eyes and forehead, and the rhythmic compression feels like a physical temple massage. It forces your head and face muscles to fully relax. Built to Last & Comfortable: The contoured padding sits comfortably against your face without pressing down too hard on your eyes, and the construction of the unit feels durable and high quality. If you work hard, deal with heavy tension, or suffer from brutal migraines, don't hesitate. This mask pays for itself the very first time it knocks out a severe headache in under half an hour. I rarely use it at home, but I mostly take it with me when I travel and use it on flights. It’s especially nice during long flights when my eyes feel tired and I want to relax. Very happy with it overall. ### ⭐⭐⭐ There are some drawbacks… *by K***E on June 12, 2026* Like the idea although it has some drawbacks. It’s noisy. You have to use earbuds (or like) because the noise distracts from the experience. The pressure applied for different settings can be discomforting. The app is a bit glitchy (doesn’t always hold your results to see). You can get blackout but it takes several slight adjustments during the session to achieve. ## Frequently Bought Together - TheraGun Therabody SmartGoggles 2.0 Heated Eye Mask & Eye Massager - Blackout Sleep Mask & Temple Massage for Personalized Relaxation, Stress Relief & Headache Relief - TheraGun Therabody Sleep Mask Ultra-Comfortable, 100% Blackout Sleep Eye Mask with Gentle Eye Massager Vibration for Stress Relief, Headache Relief & Self Care - Facial Massager for Women & Men --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/661172452-therabody-smartgoggles-2nd-gen-heated-eye-and-temple-massager](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/661172452-therabody-smartgoggles-2nd-gen-heated-eye-and-temple-massager) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
