Review: The best at a price - Do you hear that? No? That's coz its a noctua fan! Runs dead quiet and my previous issue of vibrations is remedied by the anti vibration 'screw' and pads. To be honest the offset speeds isn't something I can compare, but if the sync up sound has bothered you before, I'm sure they're good. In my opinion they are the absolute best fans you can get, but obviously you pay a premium. They're not the best value, be quiet and fractal are better. You're probably paying for a few decibels better, but if you want absolute best, you pay that premium.
Review: Whisper quiet and powerful - I read up on these as I wanted a silent PC build. The Fractal case I bought was a little noisy for my taste so decided to replace the in case fans with these and what a difference it made! Temperature wise the CPU dropped around 5 degrees and noise wise they can barely be heard under my desk. They didn't replace the CPU fan directly, so this is purely configuring the ambient air flow so very happy with the results.

These are great computer fans, very efficient and very quiet. If you don't care about price or appearance, buy them, because there are no better ones on the market.
