Nothing else - no nuts. I like the shoulder bolts instead of the washer & spacer thing, but no nuts - you'll have to buy your own. **Q: Does it com with two bolts?** A: Yes 2 bolts but didn't use them. Do yourself a favor and go to toyota and get the eom bolts. The original bolts are one piece with the spring and have a nose before the treads to start easy. I ended up using the old ones.Good luck. **Q: How long is the bolt? Some muffler do not come with threads on the flange but plain. Include the nuts incase someone is fitting an aftermarket muffler like my case when I was installing Walker 55544 quiet flow.
