We've been damp mopping it daily and used sheathing tape on seams. There is enough on the roll that I can apply another protecter once this one stops working but it has been down for a little more than a week and still okay. The edges are not taped to the floor and they are staying down, no rolling or slippage. I am extremely happy with this product and have no doubts that it would perform its intended purpose admirably.
