The first set I received and charged. I use them in my door lock. They were great and then I went to replace them and the 4 batteries waiting to be used lost there charge in 30 days. I went to charge them and 1 battery was no longer charging and had never been used. I sent the batteries back for a replacement and the replacement had to charge for 8+ hours. I got tired of waiting and went to bed. In the morning they showed charged. We will see how the replacement set does.
