It has a slight scent, but not overpowering, fruity, or perfumy. It's not flavored, and it's not too slippy. It stays on for a long time, longer than of all the other spf lipbalms I own, and I own practically all of them. Better than the Carmex spf stick and spf 35 Sun Bum, two of my favorites. Stays on longer than Coola, a more expensive product, which was ranked highest on NYTimes Wirecutter. I like OKeefe's products in general because they simply do what they say they're going to do, without costing too much.
