The BLU09 Portable Air Conditioner is a sleek yet powerful portable air conditioning unit and is regarded as one of the best in it's class. It offers powerful cooling performance without the noise. Made to an incredibly high standard, using only the highest quality components, means you will not have additional noise from vibration, which you will find from comparative units. The BLU09 uses R290 refrigerant, so you can be sure you are purchasing an environmentally friendly unit which complies with industry standards. It delivers cool air (8,870btu/2.5kW) and is recommended for rooms from 11sq m up to 23 sq m and features an auto swing function for maximum cooling efficiency. This energy efficient A rated model is packed full of useful features and is essentially a 3 in 1 unit - Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier and Fan. The complimentary window sheet can be used with UK outward and inward opening windows. However, the unit can simply be used with the hose kit provided without the need for any window sheets or kits if preferred, simply place the heat discharge pipe out of your window. The BLU09 weighs 26kg and features castor wheels. The power cable is 2m in length. This model works straight out of the box and does not require any permanent installation. - Complimentary Window Sheet for Casement Windows: Now supplied with a high quality window sheet that has been especially designed for UK Outward/Inward Opening Windows so there is no need to buy a separate window sheet.
- R290 Refrigerant: Uses natural high efficiency R290 with zero greenhouse emissions. The natural refrigerant is non-toxic, eco friendly and also offers energy savings.
- Self Evaporating Function: Reduces the need to regularly remove water. The unit recycles approximately half of the condensed water and uses it to cool off the inner cooling coils, which allows the unit to run more efficiently. It then disperses, or evaporates, the remaining water, along with the hot air, via the hot air duct. This cuts out any unnecessary water collecting inside the unit or in an outside container.
- Easy to Set Up: Simply set up the hose kit provided, place out of the window opening, plug and play in a few simple steps. The complimentary window seal kit can be used with outward or inward opening UK casement windows to seal your space & prevent heat gains.
- Additional Features for your Convenience: Window Sheet for Casement Windows, Remote Control with LED Display to switch between Modes, Set Temperature & View °F & °C. Louvers allow maximum cooling efficiency, easy-roll omnidirectional castors help you move your "BLU09CO" wherever it is needed most.

- The BLU09 does not have a heating function as it is cooling only. Please note, the BLU09 should not be plugged into a multiway extension lead as this can result in a whiny noise.
