I changed my review to 4 stars because of that. My complaint was that I could not reach the company to access the warranty. Product stops working after a few months. I have purchased 2 of these wraps and while they are working, I love them. Unfortunately, both malfunctioned after 4-5 months. seemed to have connection issues causing lights to flicker or only a few working, then completely stopped functioning. I tried to reach the company but their website was down and I had no other way to contact them. The added insurance I purchased for the product was of no help because it was technically still covered by the company’s 1 year warranty but that was of no help due to the fact that I could not reach the company. Thankfully Amazon stepped up and refunded my money even though it was not their responsibility.
