**Q: The lid to my creamer keeps sticking shut very tightly.  Not the pourer, the screw on head.  Has anyone else had this problem?**
A: no, it screws well enough, but the little rubber spout gets pretty gross and has to be washed more often than the jar

**Q: Are the "glass" creamer dispensers 100 solid glass and not have a welded bottom like the plastic ones?**
A: 100% glass bottom.

**Q: is it insulated or not. it shows up in every search for insulated?**
A: While I suppose the top seems to have double walls and could be considered insulated… in my opinion it is in no way insulated. The bottom is simply glass.

**Q: Will the creamer carafe stay closed if carried in a lunch bag? I want to use it for milk to put in my cereal when I get to work in the morning.**
A: No, I would not use it to transport liquids, it will leak if not upright.  We use it for powder creamer and sugar, I still would not use it to transport the dry ingredients.  Maybe look for a water bottle or a pour type lid for a mason jar?
