As for the product, the flavor is definitely chocolatey, the sugar should be lesser. I mixed it in lukewarm water and noticed a few lumps which needed more stirring. Overall, it's a good supplement, I really didn't feel hungry for a long time after the six scoops of Ensure in the morning.
