I can't yet tell if it's 100% successful in that respect, but it certainly seems to limit the problem so I would second that claim and will continue to use it for that purpose. As a straight forward sun block, it's brilliant. I burn easily, but recently I spent an entire day out in full, hot sun at an airshow (which I would normally never do); no hat and legs exposed. I only used light amounts of this stuff. Everyone said I looked like I was burning badly and that I would be in trouble the next day. I'll admit that I was going a fairly worrying shade of red but it just didn't feel like I was burning. Sure enough, I got away with it COMPLETELY unscathed. That's the first time that's happened, so in that respect this formulation is utterly amazing in my opinion. Review: My favourite skin cream! - Lovely moisturiser with 50 SPF. It has a lovely texture and a very slight tint which gives the skin a fresh look. Not greasy and absorbs into the skin so you can easily apply makeup over it.
