**Q: Are you suppose to buy something else with these? Like some type of holder??**
A: Yes, they do have their own holders. You initially buy a pack with the holder and rim block then just buy refills after that.

**Q: Can these be used with septic tanks?**
A: I think so, but not sure of the benefit you're trying to achieve with it. It needs a flush of water to release small doses each time. Would you be soaking it in fluid constantly?

**Q: does this come with the plastic cage to hang over the bowl or is it just a refill**
A: It's complete ready to use. Just slot in the liquid part and fix it to the bowl.

**Q: The description says pack of 6. Is this 6 refills in total or 6 packs of 2 refills (total 12)?**
