Get them before thay go up in price fit grate look grate and feels comfortable both the large and medium. Right now I'm at 211 lbs and 35 inch whast and during the summer I go down to 200 lbs I'm 6 feet 2 inch tall PS the top 1 is my first 1 it felt great at the gym in bed ( i do have trouble when tossing and turning and it dose stop the squeeze)or on the bike
