That changed my health and my life forever. I have consistently incorporated about 70-80% raw food as the basis of my diet since then. It has simplified healthy eating for me and led to a loss of over 100 lbs in a 2 year period. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hopeful it will be a good plan, wish it were better organized *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2016* I am finally going to gear up to give this plan a try. Friends have reported that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so here's hoping. My criticism of this book is the way it is organized. The phases of the 15-day plan are described one by one, recipes listed, but the recipes themselves are in a separate section of the book, and NOT organized by phase. Terrible organization. If you want to make a plan successful and easy to follow, don't make it cumbersome! For every day of the phases you have to flip back and forth between the recipes and the menu. At the very least, the recipes should have been grouped in the book according to phase, and not by category of food (smoothies, salads, soups, etc). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yum! *by O***T on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2014* I've glided through the days on this raw food detox ( i'm on day 13 today) and many thanks to Ani Phyo it has been so easy in spite of a few bumps. The recipes are tasty and satisfying with just the right amount of what-the-heck-is-this in the mix to shake up my old eating patterns and blast me off into a new universe of nourishment. The raw cacao brownies with raspberries are fantastic! I'm not a great cook but the recipes are simple to make with elegant results! And, I feel so good physically and emotionally that even though I didn't plan to continue to eat raw after the 2 weeks, i'm seriously rethinking that.I especially appreciated advice like this in the book...."Remember, the main reason for weight loss is an expression of self love; It's to benefit you, and only you. You're taking time and making the effort because you want to look and feel better."
