Directions Use Oral-B Satin Tape Dental Floss as follows: 1. Unwind about 18 inches of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving 2 between hands. 2. Hold the tightly thumbs index fingers. 3. Gently insert teeth, curving against tooth surface. 4. Move up down side each tooth, taking care to avoid snapping or forcing floss. 5. Repeat this process for all using a clean section tooth. Safety Warning Caution: Do not swallow. Use carefully. Review: Works extremely well - Both the wife and I prefer this tape to the string type of dental floss. The three pack makes it excellent value for money whilst at the same time doing its job exactly as it should. As it’s oral B it is always going to be pretty good quality. Review: Actually Makes Flossing Less Annoying - I’ve tried a bunch of flosses over the years, and most of them either shred, get stuck, or feel like I’m sawing at my gums. This one from Oral-B is honestly the best I’ve found so far. The texture is kind of satiny (hence the name, I guess), so it slides between teeth really smoothly without cutting into my gums. Plus, it doesn’t fray or snap like some of the cheaper brands do. The minty taste is nice and fresh but not overpowering—just leaves your mouth feeling clean. It’s also not super thick, which is great if you’ve got tighter spaces between your teeth like I do. I actually don’t dread flossing as much now, which is saying something. It’s only 25 meters, so it’s not the biggest roll out there, but for the price and quality, I keep coming back to it. Definitely a staple in my bathroom drawer. ## Features - Fresh mint flavour lets you know it is working - Delivers a burst of freshness to your mouth - Two-layered design provides superior strength - Satin-like finish is gentle on gums and fingers - Easy to insert, so you can reach even the tightest spots - Comfortable to handle, even when wet ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B013L7GNQI | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,639 in Health & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Health & Personal Care ) 11 in Floss | | Brand | Oral-B | | Brand Name | Oral-B | | Country Of Origin | United Kingdom | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 8,625 Reviews | | Dental Floss Type | Dental Tape | | Dental floss type | Dental Tape | | Flavour | Mint | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00754465847228, 05010622017985 | | Included Components | 1 X ORAL-B SATIN TAPE MINT, 25M, 1's | | Item Dimensions | 26.9 x 12.2 x 8.3 centimetres | | Item Form | Tape | | Item Highlight | Two-layered nylon polyethylene construction, Shred-resistance design, Fresh mint flavour, Satin-like finish | | Item Weight | 0.44 Grams | | Item form | Tape | | Manufacturer | Oral-B Satin Tape Mint | | Manufacturer Part Number | 5847228 | | Material | Nylon, Polyethylene (PE) | | Material Type | Nylon, Polyethylene (PE) | | Model Number | 5847228 | | Number of Items | 12 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Flavored, Shred Resistant | | Package Type Name | Blister | | Power Source | Manual | | Recommended Uses For Product | Dental Use | | Special feature | Flavored, Shred Resistant | | UPC | 754465847228 | | Unit Count | 300.0 meter | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** Oral-B - **Dental floss type:** Dental Tape - **Flavour:** Mint - **Included components:** 1 X ORAL-B SATIN TAPE MINT, 25M, 1's - **Item form:** Tape - **Material:** Nylon, Polyethylene (PE) - **Number of items:** 12 - **Special feature:** Flavored, Shred Resistant - **Unit count:** 300.0 meter ## Images ![ORAL-B SATIN TAPE MINT, 25M, 12's, 1 Count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61JzAuebGdL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What does 6 Units mean?** A: Although it says 1 pack when you're about to order (which confused me) but it arrived with 6 of them. An absolute bargain indeed. **Q: Only one tape in packet, i ordered/paid for two........how can i contact seller to rectify this?** A: I have the exact same problem! I ordered what was said "pack of two" and I received only 1. I cannot find how to contact the celler. **Q: How can you recycle the plastic box that contains the tape?** A: if there is a recycling symbol on the bottom then place in recycling waste for refuse people to collect **Q: Does anyone know if this is spearmint or peppermint? Difference is important as I'm intolerant to the first one.** A: I'm 90% certain it's peppermint. I hate spearmint, so that ingredient would stand out to me. But best to write to the manufacturer directly if you have a medical concern about the ingredients. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works extremely well *by D***D on 22 August 2026* Both the wife and I prefer this tape to the string type of dental floss. The newer version of this tape is much thinner and inferior to the the original.
