**Q: is it nitrate free?**
A: We do no add any nitrates in any of our products

**Q: Is the animal hand slaughtered?**
A: Halal Transactions of Omaha does not differentiate between hand slaughtered vs machine slaughtered.  The only jerky I found on amazon which is hand slaughtered is Supreme Beef Jerky.  They are HFSAA Halal Certified.  HFSAA is extremely particular about hand slaughtered meat.  Hope that answers your question!

**Q: can I cook it with eggs ?does it have a bit of fat?**
A: You want to enjoy the succulent flavors of this by itself. But if you want to mix it with eggs you should spare a lil bit for an "experiment"

**Q: Is this the real deal ? Moroccan khlii**
A: My family enjoyed it. I have never eaten jerky in Morocco to answer if it is accurate to the name
