No blisters! I especially like that the soles are solid I don't feel gravel under my feet. These are also well cushioned. I also own Columbia boots. While they are advertised as a hiking shoe I would say they are not at all limited to hiking - I have been wearing them to the gym for lifting and spin classes as well as just for errands around town. The upper is a mesh type fabric which is very flexible/breathable unlike what might be found on a traditional hiking boot.Right out of the box they were very comfortable - no break-in period needed. They feel very cushioned with good arch support and allow lots of room in the toe box so that my toes don't feel cramped or crunched. My feet feel so good in these sneakers, and I love how they look on my feet too.I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 and was "advised" by Amazon to order a 9.5 which ended up fitting great. In case it helps anyone when selecting a size, I noticed that on the box and on the tongue of the sneaker the 9.5 is 26.5cm. My last pair of sneakers were Nike size 9 at 26cm and my big toes ended up wearing holes in the toes of both sneakers - so very helpful to have the cm measurement for comparison.Comparably priced to other sneakers, I think these are good value, well-made, comfortable and attractive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Superb comfort *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2024* The cushion on these is fantastic. The fit is right on for me. I generally wear an 8, which is what I ordered in these and they fit perfectly. I sometimes need to size up in hiking shoes and boots to an 8.5 but don't need to in these. For people who like extra toe room, I'd think about sizing up. I have a thumb width, which is what I prefer for both my arch being in the correct place and not tripping. I haven't worn the m hiking yet but at work they squeak when walking on the polished concrete floor. That is usually indicative of a shoe that will stick when walking on wet, slippery surfaces. They definitely have a stickiness on the concrete. I put some water on the floor and did not slip around. I think these will be great for outdoor pursuits. I received the dark gray pair. I don't usually buy dark shoes. It would be my personal preference to have the white, but the dark gray will be great for not looking dirty. I love the coral accents and wish there were more. I do not see any glue issues and they seem to be built well with nice fabrics and sole materials.
